Laundromat FAQ
Our laundromat is open from 5:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
We are a coin laundromat. We have a change machine on site if you need quarters.
Yes, we have large machines that are big enough to wash your bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Wash and Fold Questions
Give us a call to set up a time to drop off your clothes.
There is a 25 pound minimum for wash and fold service.
Your clean laundry will be available for pick up the next day.
We use only premium brand products such as Tide, Downy and Bounce when we launder your clothes.
No, never. We never mix your laundry with other customers clothes. We know that this leads to mix-ups and cross contamination.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Laundry pickup and delivery service is only $1.85/lb. if you sign up for recurring service. It is $2.00/lb. if you use our service on an as needed basis.
There is a 25 pound minimum order for pickup and delivery service.
You do not. When you place your order online tell us in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry so our driver knows where to find it. Some secure locations are the back porch, in an unlocked garage, or behind a gate.
Your clean laundry will be returned to you the next day. Friday pickups are returned on Monday.
There is a section called "Preferences" when you place your order online. You can tell us there if you have any special instructions.
No. There is no contract so you can discontinue service at any time.
We ask for your credit card information when you place your order. Your card will not be billed until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your dirty clothes in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
